ERRATUM: Mountain Landscape with two scholars. Hanging scroll, ink and colors on paper. Signature by the artist: "In early winter in the guiyou year (1993) painted after a poem by the Tang poet Li Bai in the Ranyun Studio, Yushun". Six seals of the artist: “Yushun zhi xi”, “Lu Yushun yin” etc.
According to the owners, from a private collection in Hesse, collected between 1970 and 2015
ERRATUM: Lu Yushun was born in Harbin in Heilongjiang province. His family was from Manchuria. In 1983 he graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Harbin Normal University and stayed on as teacher. 1987 he completed his study in the Guohua Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Peking. He returned to Harbin where he became president and professor in the Art Academy of Harbin Normal University. In 1998 he exhibited his landscape paintings in the Shanghai Biennale
